Overview
Meenakshi Nihalani's fascination lies in the linearity of forms, depicting ironic glimpses of situations in our society, involving textile and sculptural forms. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sculpture from the Sir J.J. School of Fine Arts, Mumbai. Her works were exhibited in Indigo First, Famine Later, and Under The Mango Tree Gallery, Berlin, Germany, She was a part of the APRE Art House Residency Programme, Edition I, 2023. Nihalani has been the recipient of a Scholarship Residency, at FundaziunNairs in Switzerland in 2019 and a Scholarship from the Honorary Indian consulate, Stuttgart, 2018 and 2019.
